CareLoop uses industry-standard encryption to protect your health information. All data is transmitted securely and stored in compliance with healthcare privacy regulations. Your information is only shared with your designated pharmacy care team.

Who can see my symptom reports?

Only licensed pharmacists at your registered pharmacy can access your individual reports. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used to improve overall patient care protocols and medication safety monitoring.

Is this a substitute for medical advice?

No. CareLoop provides educational content based on pharmaceutical guidelines and common medication side effects. This platform helps identify potential concerns but does not replace professional medical diagnosis or treatment. Always consult your pharmacist or doctor for personalized medical advice.

What if I miss a check-in reminder?

Check-ins are voluntary and designed to support your recovery. There is no penalty for missing a check-in. You may complete a check-in at any time during your medication course.

Can I use this service in Arabic?

Currently, the interface is in English with support for Arabic name entry. Full Arabic language support is planned for future updates to better serve our Gulf region patients.
